3rd place for Beta Factory Team rider Manu Albepart

Around 500 riders and within them some of the best World riders usually competing in the Enduro World Championship in addition to famous specialists of Rally races, attended 26th edition of this classic French competition: Pela, Nambotin, Meo, Salminen, Germain, Despres, Peteransel, Gautier, Thain, Planet, just to mention the best one and to confirm the high level of the competition.

Beta Factory rider Manu Albepart arrived on Sunday before the event to check all the tracks and have enough time to practice. Gael Vernhes arrived on Thursday to provide his precious support and arrange the final setting of the bike during training.

Day 1
Very good performances in all the stages allowed Manu to lead and to be on top of the provisional standing:
1. Manu Albepart 22.46 ( Beta)
2. Gautier 22.49
3. Renet 22.55
4. Nambotin 22.56
5. Planet 23.4
6. Thain in 23.05

Day 2
Manu began his race in full attack mode trying to improve his advantage as he knew the day would have been hard.
And after a full day of race provisional standing was still showing Manu in first position:
1. Manu Albepart ( Beta)
2. Renet
3. Nambotin

Day 3
The day was supposed to be very hard as Manu started as last one rider.
Due to hard and heavy conditions he was not able to maintain 1st place but finished 3rd overall after a hard fight with Namboten and Renet.
