Administration Office Assistant
DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
Accountable to the Administration Manager and, depending on the instructions received, will be mainly responsible for:
• customer and supplier accounting
• general accounting
• VAT accounting
• accounting relating to warehousing, average costs, LIFO, etc.
• agents’ commission
• supporting various fiscal and balance sheet-related tasks
REQUIREMENTS
• experience (even if brief) of a similar role within a company
• accountancy qualification or managerial economics degree
• excellent IT systems knowledge
• accuracy and an ability to work independently
• good knowledge of English
• residency: preferably in the South Florence (Firenze Sud) or Valdarno Fiorentino areas
