The Abestone Hard Enduro, held in Italy, brought great satisfaction to Beta. James Moore had his best weekend of the season, securing 3rd place in Saturday’s prologue, 2nd place in the sprint race, and an excellent 4th place overall in Sunday’s main race, earning valuable points for the Junior standings.

“The Abestone Hard Enduro was a truly incredible weekend. Saturday got off to a great start with a third-place finish in the prologue, which secured me a good position for the sprint race, where I finished second. Sunday was a very demanding challenge: I felt comfortable on the bike and battled at the front for a podium spot throughout the race. I gave it my all right up to the finish line, finishing fourth. It was my best race of the season, a result I’m really proud of,” said James.

It was a test of character for Alfredo Gómez, who finished in 12th and 11th position despite being hampered by the injury he suffered in Sweden: “It went pretty well considering I tore my posterior cruciate ligament in Sweden, and now I’ll have to sit out for a while.”

In the other categories, Sandra Gomez’s third-place finish on Saturday and fifth on Sunday in the Silver class were noteworthy, while Thomas Scales finished with two eighth-place finishes over the two days.

In Zelhem, on a permanent course packed with artificial obstacles made even more treacherous by Friday’s rain, the Beta riders put on a stellar performance in front of a large crowd.

In the premier class, Jaime Busto battled for the win, finishing 2nd on both days. Matteo Grattarola, after a difficult start and a steady recovery, took 3rd place on Saturday and 4th on Sunday, while Harry continued his steady progress in the premier class.

In TR2, George delivered an extraordinary performance: 2nd on Saturday (tied on points with the winner) and the winner on Sunday thanks to a perfect, error-free second run.
“An almost perfect weekend in the Netherlands for the penultimate round of the World Championship. On Saturday, I managed to take second place in the first race and first in the second, finishing second overall tied on points with the winner. On the second day, I earned the maximum points by winning both races, including a flawless second race. All eyes are now on the final in Pobladura,” commented George.

In Trial2, David Fabián Jr. (Beta Sincro Factory 300) achieved his best World Championship finish of the season: after finishing 12th and 4th on Saturday (his best heat result of the year), he finished 12th and 10th on Sunday, climbing to 11th place in the overall championship standings.
“My best weekend at the World Championships this year! On Saturday in Race 2, I felt really comfortable on the bike and made almost no mistakes, finishing with a fantastic 4th place. On Sunday, after a few early mistakes, I found my rhythm and finished 10th in Race 2,” said Fabián.

In the TR3 class, Marco Laure delivered a superb performance, finishing 2nd on Saturday and winning Sunday’s race.

The Asian track in Afyonkarahisar hosted the seventeenth and third-to-last round of the 2026 FIM Motocross World Championship. In the MXGP class, Jago Geerts (Beta RX450) maintained solid consistency throughout the weekend: 13th in free practice, in the timed practice sessions, and in the qualifying heat, the Belgian finished 13th in Race 1 before improving to 12th place in Race 2. His 13th-place overall finish for the day allows him to move up to 15th place in the overall championship standings.

“It wasn’t the best weekend in Turkey. It’s not my favorite track, and I struggled with the bike because of the altitude. I gave 100% in every session; I can’t wait for next weekend in China,” Geerts said.

The MRT Racing Team Beta Factory is now preparing to fly to the Shanghai International Offroad Circuit for the Chinese Grand Prix.

The Beta Snellman SM Enduro in Sipoo sealed the Beta Racing Suomi team’s triumph in the final round of the Finnish Championship. Juho Ahokas officially clinched the Finnish E3 class title with a sweeping victory, setting the fastest time in eight of the nine special stages and winning the race by a margin of 1 minute and 40 seconds.

Rounding out the Beta celebration in the E3 class were Oskari Vuori’s 3rd-place finish (which secured him the silver medal and a Beta one-two in the final championship standings) and Henry Olenius’s 5th-place finish, despite winning a special stage after a nasty crash.

In the E2 class, Peetu Juupaluoma finished 3rd, adding the Finnish Club Team Championship title to the E2 and Overall titles he had already secured this season. In the U20 class, Jaakko Peltoniemi took 2nd place on the day and the bronze medal in the final championship standings.

Beta also finished the season in 1st place in the unofficial Finnish Manufacturers’ Championship standings with 245 points.

On September 6 in Seia, the Moto Espinha National Enduro Sprint Championship kicked off. In the Elite class, rookie Lucas Espinha made the Top 10 by finishing 9th, while Diogo Ventura placed 2nd, just 3 seconds behind the winner:
“I was happy to be back racing and to finish just 3 seconds behind the winner.
The conditions were good, the bike was spectacular, and I won several special stages, but toward the end I started to feel a bit tired,” Ventura said.

There were numerous podium finishes across the various categories: Diogo Nogueira won the Greens 2 class, Marco Costa finished 3rd in Greens 1, Carlos Pedrosa 3rd in Veterans, and José Silva 3rd in Hobby. The team is now looking ahead to the race on September 27 in Barcelos, part of the Beta Trophy.

A round of the Belgian (Inter) Championship took place in Erize-la-Petite, France. In the E1 class, rider Tim Louis delivered a standout performance, finishing 2nd in his class and 5th overall (scratch) after 8 special stages. The result allows him to maintain the lead in the provisional E1 standings and 3rd place in the overall standings.

“I felt much better than last weekend and had a lot of fun on this great enduro spread over eight special stages. I was consistent all day, aside from a mistake on Stage 2 that cost me 10 seconds and 4th place overall. No cramps this time—a good sign that I’m getting back in shape after the summer break. See you next weekend for the Belgian Championship final in Dinant,” said the rider.
