SUSPENSIONS

Precision and racing feeling

RR Race confirms the excellence of the KYB suspension package: the 48 mm closed-cartridge AOS front fork and the C46 RCU rear monoshock feature new settings developed in competition to further refine ride feel and traction in the most extreme conditions. Fully adjustable, they offer a tailored response and unbeatable consistency of performance on any course.

ELECTRONICS

Paddock Technology

Two technologies developed to win are making their debut on the 4-stroke models: Launch Control (LC) for rapid starts that eliminate wheel spin, and Quick Shift (QS) for gear changes at full throttle without any loss of power. Controlled in conjunction with Traction Control and the Map Switch, they are integrated into a new control panel and protected by a handlebar guard with a new design.

DESIGN

Style and aggressive look

The look has been refreshed with a new headlight mask that incorporates a powerful, energy-efficient LED headlight. The new Trailtech dashboard makes its debut on board; it is larger, more robust and easier to read in the toughest conditions, and is paired with a high-precision speed sensor. Red anodised aluminium caps and official graphics complete the racing character.

Details that make all the difference

In addition to the Ergal footpegs with steel pins, the quick-release front wheel axle and the ZF Sprockets rear sprocket, the MY27 introduces a new chain guard reinforced against mud and impacts, a new, wider and more robust front sprocket guard, and new grips with a softer compound to reduce rider fatigue.

ENGINE

Performance and pure reliability

Technological developments affect all engine types: in the 2-stroke range, the 125 features a new piston, the 250/300 models have new main bearings, and the 300 benefits from refinements to the engine head and exhaust valve. In the 4-stroke models, innovations include titanium valves (430/480), the new mechanical chain tensioner and an upgraded wiring harness.
