Twin Spark

An exclusive innovation dedicated to the 300cc engine. The adoption of the twin spark optimizes the distribution of the ignition inside the cylinder, significantly improving efficiency and performance consistency. This solution translates into a more homogeneous combustion, which enhances power delivery at low revs. The result is a readier and smoother bike, capable of tackling technical sections with greater precision and safety.

7-DISC CLUTCH

A new diaphragm-spring clutch pack that goes from 6 to 7 discs, while maintaining the same external dimensions, with 20% more transmissible torque compared to the standard version. The result is always precise control and consistent operation even in the most extreme, repeated actions.

OVERSIZED TITANIUM EXHAUST

The exhaust system has been redesigned to accommodate the great “voice” of the 300. The new titanium manifold reduces weight by over 500 g and features an increased internal diameter that significantly improves performance at medium-high revs. The optimized silencer creates a more direct exhaust system, making the engine response lightning-fast.

LIGHTNESS AND FEELING

The black magnesium engine crankcases reduce weight by about 1 kg. Handling is enhanced by the Factory suspension: fork with stanchion center distance reduced by 10 mm for the maximum feeling of lightness, double compression bottoming system, and TIN treatment for absolute smoothness. At the rear, we find instead the shock absorber with a new mounting layout.

RACING DETAILS

Blue anodized CNC-machined triple clamps and top-tier components. BrakTec brake and clutch master cylinders guarantee absolute precision, paired with self-cleaning Galfer racing discs. Gluing the bike to the obstacle are the blue anodized Excel rims shod with Dunlop Geomax Trial tires, while the new black CNC-machined Ergal footpegs offer maximum support for the boot.

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE
