ENGINE

CONSTANTLY SMOOTH AND LINEAR POWER DELIVERY

The 390 4-stroke engine delivers exceptional power to the ground right from low revs, making it ideal on tricky terrain. For MY27, it introduces a new, purely mechanical chain tensioner to reduce friction and optimise both hot and cold starts, complemented by a new, enhanced voltage regulator.

SUSPENSION

KYB SUSPENSION WITH NEW RACING SET-UPS

The 48 mm ø KYB AOS closed-cartridge front fork and the KYB C46 RCU monoshock feature new competition-derived hydraulic set-ups. Fully adjustable, they offer maximum damping, traction and consistent performance even in the most demanding conditions.

ELECTRONICS

LAUNCH CONTROL AND QUICK SHIFT

Making their debut on the 4-stroke range are Launch Control (LC), which manages torque at the start to eliminate wheel spin, and Quick Shift (QS) for engaging gears at full throttle without any loss of power. The new control panel is protected by the redesigned handlebar guard and also incorporates the Map Switch (Full Power/Soft) and Traction Control.

NEW TRAILTECH DASHBOARD

The new Trailtech dashboard makes its debut: larger, more robust and easier to read in the toughest conditions. It is paired with the new wheel reed sensor for high-precision speed readings.

REINFORCED DRIVETRAIN GUARDS

The MY27 introduces the new chain guard with a reinforced structure to withstand mud and impacts, and the new, redesigned pinion guard offering wider, more robust coverage that complies with competition regulations.

LED HEADLIGHT AND NEW HEADLIGHT MASK

Design and functionality come together in the new headlight mask with an integrated, latest-generation LED headlight. It ensures a more powerful light beam and lower power consumption, thereby extending the battery’s operational life.

SOFT GRIP HANDLEBARS

The new soft-compound grips absorb vibrations transmitted from the handlebars, reducing the strain on the forearms to ensure a secure grip and prolonged physical endurance.

ERGAL FOOTPEGS AND ZF SPROCKETS CHAINRING

Ergal racing footpegs with steel pins for maximum grip and to facilitate foot movement. ZF sprocket chainring with an aluminium core and steel teeth for a perfect blend of lightness and durability.

RACING SEAT AND BI-COMPONENT HANDGUARDS

Dedicated racing seat with non-slip covering and a document pocket. Reinforced handguards made from bi-component material to deliver a racing look and maximum durability in intense off-road conditions.

RACING LOOK

Red anodised details (quick-release wheel spindle, chain tensioner, oil caps) and official racing graphics complete an aggressive and unmistakable aesthetic on the race track.
