ENGINE

NEW TITANIUM VALVES

Beta’s engineers have introduced new titanium intake valves with an optimised finish to withstand the most extreme stresses. The engine also features a new, purely mechanical chain tensioner to reduce friction and optimise both hot and cold starts, as well as an upgraded voltage regulator.

SUSPENSION

KYB SUSPENSION WITH NEW RACING SET-UPS

The 48 mm closed-cartridge KYB AOS front fork and the KYB C46 RCU monoshock feature new hydraulic set-ups developed from racing experience. Fully adjustable, they ensure maximum damping, traction and consistent performance in the fastest and most demanding conditions.

ELECTRONICS

LAUNCH CONTROL AND QUICK SHIFT

Making their debut on the 4-stroke range are Launch Control (LC) for perfect starts with zero wheel spin, and Quick Shift (QS) for engagement without releasing the throttle. These controls are mounted on the new switch panel, protected by the redesigned handlebar guard, alongside the Map Switch (Full Power/Soft) and Traction Control.

NEW TRAILTECH INSTRUMENT CLUSTER

The new Trailtech dashboard makes its debut: larger, more robust and easier to read in the toughest riding conditions. It is paired with the new high-precision wheel sensor for flawless speed readings.

REINFORCED DRIVETRAIN GUARD

The MY27 introduces the new chain guard with a reinforced structure to withstand mud and impacts, and the new, redesigned front sprocket guard offering wider, more robust coverage that complies with competition regulations.

LED HEADLAMP AND NEW HEADLIGHT MASK

Design and functionality come together in the new headlight mask, which incorporates a powerful, latest-generation LED headlamp. It delivers a more effective light beam whilst consuming less power, thereby extending battery life.

SOFT GRIPS

The new soft-compound grips absorb handlebar vibrations, reducing strain on the forearms to ensure a secure grip and sustained endurance during the most demanding sessions.

ERGAL FOOTPEGS AND ZF SPROCKETS CHAINRING

Ergal racing footpegs with steel pins for maximum grip and to facilitate foot movement. ZF Sprockets chainring with an aluminium core and steel teeth for a perfect blend of lightness and durability.

RACING SEAT AND TWO-COMPONENT HANDGUARDS

A dedicated non-slip racing seat with a small pocket, reinforced two-component handguards, red anodised details (oil cap, oil filter, brake) and official Factory graphics give the 430 an unmistakable look.

Red anodised details (quick-release wheel spindle, chain tensioner bolt, oil caps) and official racing graphics complete an aggressive and unmistakable look on the race track.
