The new 200 CC heart

The XTrainer 200 2-stroke engine is the result of a completely new design, developed to enhance control and rideability at low revs without compromising on pure performance. Thanks to the cylinder, engine head and piston – developed with dedicated timing – combustion chamber filling is optimised to ensure an increase in torque just above idle, a smooth response to throttle input and a linear power delivery that eliminates physical strain during technical riding.

NEW REAR BRAKE DISC

The Nissin braking system features a brand-new solid rear brake disk with a wavy profile. This solution ensures significantly more progressive and modulated braking, a crucial advantage for maintaining total control on the slowest, steepest and most technical descents.

NEW GRAPHICS

The completely revamped graphics introduce a brand-new, aggressive combination of red plastics and a black-painted frame, redefining the aesthetic character of the range.

COOLING FAN

Fitted as standard to ensure perfect thermal balance. It allows the engine to remain at the optimum operating temperature at all times, even during the slowest trial sections with poor airflow.

REINFORCED CHAIN GUIDE

Completely redesigned to be more robust and resistant to impacts from stones, mud and deep ruts. Its reinforced structure better absorbs stress, protects the swingarm and minimises the risk of the chain jumping off.

LOW-LOAD CLUTCH SPRINGS

The use of softer clutch springs drastically reduces the effort required at the lever. This feature enhances controllability and riding enjoyment, a key factor for navigating slow sections and trial-style obstacles with precision.

Perfect balance between traction and agility

The new engine is integrated into an updated frame with dedicated connections to ensure correct weight distribution and maximum ease of control. For the rear wheel, Beta’s engineers have chosen an 18 x 1.85 rim with a 140/80 tyre, the ideal compromise for maximising traction and steering response on technical terrain.
