ENGINE HEAD, EXHAUST VALVE AND MAIN BEARINGS

The 300cc 2-stroke engine has taken a decisive leap forward in terms of performance. Beta’s engineers have revised the engine head geometry and exhaust valve timing with the aim of making the engine’s response even more progressive and controllable at low and medium revs, maximising the usability of the torque. Added to this are the new main bearings, which reduce internal friction, delivering a lively, full-bodied power delivery that responds instantly to the throttle control.

“NO OIL INJECTION” RACING SETUP AND QUICK-RELEASE WHEEL SPINDLE

In keeping with the tradition of the specialist RR RACE range, the 300cc model also dispenses with the automatic oil injection assy in favour of a traditional fuel mixture system. This design choice keeps the bike’s overall weight to a minimum, ensuring maximum responsiveness. The race-ready specification includes a red anodised quick-release front wheel spindle, essential for speeding up tyre changes during the most intense stages of the race.

KYB SUSPENSION WITH NEW MY27 RACING SET-UPS

The top-of-the-range suspension system features a 48 mm KYB sealed-cartridge front fork and a KYB C46 RCU monoshock. For the Model Year 2027, the suspension benefits from new hydraulic settings developed directly in the field by the official Beta teams, ensuring superior riding feel, maximum traction on rough terrain and absolute stability during hard braking at the limit.
