ENGINE

Maps, Traction and Electronics

The 4-stroke engine maps improve power delivery in terms of linearity and usability. The real innovation for MY27 is the introduction, within the redesigned handlebar guard, of the electronic controls for Launch Control (with 5 levels to maximise traction on the start) and Quick Shift, allowing gear changes without releasing the throttle.

SHC front fork

It retains the asymmetrical layout with separate function management, resulting in a weight saving of approximately 250 g. For the MY27, it features a completely revised setup, designed to broaden the range of use and optimise shock absorption during the initial phase of operation.

XPRO Mono

Developed in synergy with the front fork, the rear shock absorber reduces weight thanks to new aluminium components and clearly separates hydraulic behaviour at high and low speeds. It introduces an external adjustment system that allows for immediate on-the-spot setting without tools.

INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT

The handlebar protection has been given a new look and features a redesigned control panel that brings together the bike’s controls. In addition to the traditional two engine maps (Standard and Soft) and the tried-and-tested two-level Traction Control, new features include 5-level Launch Control for lightning-fast starts and Quick Shift, for changing gears without releasing the throttle.

Trailtech instrumentation and details

The new Trailtech digital dashboard makes its debut: larger, more robust and easier to read, paired with a high-precision wheel sensor. The MY27 package adds new, softer anti-fatigue grips, a reinforced chain guide and an enlarged pinion guard.

Purely mechanical chain tensioner

The engine features a new mechanical chain tensioner with a newly calibrated spring, replacing the previous hybrid hydraulic/mechanical system. This solution reduces friction, optimises smoothness of operation and ensures more effective starts in both hot and cold conditions.

TITANIUM VALVES

The update to the 4-stroke engine includes new titanium valves with a revised finish. A technical solution of the highest quality that further raises the engine’s standards of durability and reliability when running at high revs.

COOLANT EXPANSION TANK

The coolant expansion tank, with a capacity of approximately 200cc, allows for the recovery of water that may be expelled from the radiator as temperatures rise, particularly during slower, more technical riding, or during extreme enduro sections.

SILENT BLOCKS

The silent blocks help reduce vibrations transmitted to the rider, making the ride more comfortable and less tiring.

A distinctive and high-tech design

The RR X-PRO 4T 350 revamps its sporty look with a newly redesigned headlight mask. Inside, it houses a robust, latest-generation LED headlight that delivers a significantly more powerful beam than before whilst reducing power consumption to fully protect the battery.
