NEW MAIN BEARINGS AND ADJUSTABLE VALVE

The 250cc engine, long appreciated for its excellent manageability, benefits from a major upgrade for the 2027 model year: the adoption of new ball main bearings to replace the previous roller bearings. This modification reduces internal friction, improving the smoothness of the crankshaft’s rotation and ensuring an even more responsive and substantial power delivery across all rev ranges.

This optimisation works in perfect synergy with the externally adjustable exhaust valve, allowing the rider to calibrate the engine’s character with extreme precision.

SUSPENSION

X-PRO SUSPENSION AND NEW MANUAL ADJUSTMENT

Dynamic stability takes a further leap forward. The front end is supported by the asymmetrical SHC (Separate Hydraulic Chamber) front fork, which reduces weight by 250g and features a new MY27 calibration designed to optimise shock absorption in the very first phase of operation.

At the rear, the monoshock introduces a brand-new external adjustment system for the hydraulic compression damping: an easily operated manual adjustment that allows the hydraulic setting to be fine-tuned without the use of any tools.

BRAKES

NISSIN BRAKE CALIPER AND BRAKING SAFETY

The braking system has been upgraded for maximum performance.

The X-PRO 250 MY27 is equipped at the front with a new Nissin brake caliper clearly derived from cross. This component, with its extremely compact and lightweight design, guarantees incisive and powerful braking in extreme situations, whilst maintaining the proverbial modularity and safety of the systems selected by Betamotor for enduro.

NEW LED HEADLIGHT AND HEADLIGHT MASK

A headlight mask with a revamped design incorporates a new, robust LED headlight. It ensures a more powerful and deeper beam with lower power consumption.

TRAILTECH INSTRUMENTATION

The rider interface has evolved with the new Trailtech digital dashboard. Larger and more robust, it is paired with a new reed sensor for maximum precision speed detection.

ENHANCED FRAME AND EXPANSION TANK

Absolute reliability thanks to the frame with an enlarged main beam (+1 cm) and the 200cc expansion tank, integrated to ensure the optimum coolant level at all times.

CUP SPRING WASHER CLUTCH AND MAP SWITCH

The cup spring washer clutch offers three levels of preload adjustment, whilst the map switch, positioned on the mudguard, allows for instant switching between Standard and Soft modes

COMFORT AND REDUCED VIBRATIONS

The combined use of silent blocks on the handlebar supports and new soft-compound grips actively helps to reduce vibrations and fatigue in the hands and arms.

CHAIN GUIDE AND PINION GUARD

The drivetrain is fully guarded: a new chain guide with a reinforced structure to withstand the harshest impacts and a pinion guard with extended coverage make their debut.

FRONT RECOVERY BELT

A detail from the Extreme DNA, the sturdy custom tow belt featuring the Beta logo is attached to the lower plate to help overcome the most challenging obstacles.
