Beta Day celebrations with Piersigilli and the single-make Masters, Moore on the podium at Sea to Sky and Heidel crowned champion in Germany
A memorable weekend marked by pure passion and major sporting achievements for the Beta world. The Miravalle International Circuit in Montevarchi hosted the grand Beta Day 2026 celebrations, featuring the final rounds of the Beta Enduro Masters and Beta Trial Masters, whilst important results emerged on the international stage: James Moore’s podium finish and leadership in the Junior World Championship in Hard Enduro in Turkey, and Joni Heidel and Armin Prutscher’s victory in the German National Trial Championship at Werl. Here is the full report on the weekend.
The curtain fell on the ninth edition of the Beta Enduro Master at the Miravalle International Circuit in Montevarchi, hosted by the Moto Club Brilli Peri as part of the traditional Beta Day. It was an adrenaline-fuelled weekend, kicking off on Saturday with social gatherings and a fundraiser in aid of the Lettera 8 charity, before giving way on Sunday to the decisive challenges along an 80-kilometre course comprising a cross test and an enduro test, each tackled eight times.
Luca Piersigilli was crowned Beta Enduro Master Champion 2026 in the premier class: a second-place finish on the day, behind Nicola Salvini, was enough for the rider from the Marche region to seal a season he dominated from start to finish. Behind him, the final Top Class podium saw Elia Pegoraro take second place and Christian Garzotto third. In the other categories of the trophy, the 2026 season title went to:
50cc Class: Bartek Scarfiello
125cc Class: Duccio Giraldi
250cc 2-stroke Class: Fabio Genini
Class 300: Matteo Manenti
Class 4T: Mirco Giorgini
Veteran Class: Massimo Bacchetti
Superveteran Class: Paolo Lombardini
Women’s Class: Giulia Garibaldi, star of the Lady Beta project
An exciting conclusion to a single-make championship that continues to grow, ready to take up the challenge once again in 2027.
